This extension also adds the same functionality to Chrome's context menu for links. By right-clicking a link, users have the option to shorten and copy the clicked link with just one click.
To notify users of a successful shortening, an 'OK' or 'ERR' badge is displayed on the extension icon. This badge indicates that the shortened URL has been copied to the user's clipboard or notifies the user of an error.
URL Shortener - TinyURL Extension utilizes TinyURL's URL Shortener Service to shorten URLs. It is important to note that this extension does not store any user data at any point. Only the current URL or the URL from the clicked link is sent to the TinyURL API, and neither the original URL nor the shortened URL is stored by the extension.
